As you could see over the course of the last few days, Folia Magazine has decided to dedicate a series of brief analysis to the Codex Purpureus Rossanensis on the occasion of the presentation of its facsimile edition by Franco Cosimo Panini Editore. Those who happen to be near Pisa, Italy, however, will have an additional opportunity to discover the beauty and history of the Codex: one of the 5 copies of the extremely limited run, in fact, will be the subject of a free event fully intended to bring the public closer to the manuscript, which is part of the UNESCO Register Memory of the World.

The Codex will be waiting for you today, at 5.30 pm, at the Camposanto Monumentale Piazza del Duomo in Pisa, where many hosts will bring light to all of its secrets; the facsimile, moreover, will be on view until tomorrow, September 16, at 5.30 pm.
